"The room we stayed in which was a double queen was pretty much like staying at Motel 6. Outdoor rooms, veryuncomfortable bed, bed frame sticks way out, the rough cheap wrinkled sheets, and awful pillows. You will need earplugs or noise cancelling headphones for the cooling /heating fan - but you will still hear it. Unfriendly staff on check out. Probabley because they are afraid to ask how your stay was They are certainly letting things go down hill Stay at on of the little oceanfront motels they seem to care about there properties In summary… You’ve been Warmed If you are looking for a good sleep don’t stay Maybe the oceanfront one bedroom suite is better … maybe ??"

"Great clean cabins and facility! We spent 3 nights here over spring break and wish we booked for longer. Phenomenal for families with young kids. Lots to do!"

"The room was good sized, clean and comfortable, and seemed quote recently renovated. Location is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. One downside - the windows on the ground level rooms (such as the one I stayed in) face the parking lot so very exposed and unpleasant to look out the window."

"The view from the suite was lovely and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. Unfortunately, the decor of the room seemed very old and used and there was a musty smell throughout. Also, there was a live band playing jazz in the restaurant and we could hear it in our suite until about 11pm. That might be a negative or a positive depending on what you like to do with your evenings. Staff was helpful with moving our bags and checking us in, but overall we were a little disappointed with the price we paid for what we got."

We've stayed at Tigh na Mara before, it is a beautiful hotel with cabins, pool, hot tub and workout area. The number of trees surrounding the site makes you feel like you are really in nature with the comforts of home."
