「Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but...

「This place is not even up and running. Just a sign that says “no rooms available, under construction.” Yet you took my money and made me think myself and my children had a place to stay. You are disgraceful!!」

「Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke to the point where it was difficult to sleep. The hearting/cooling system was super loud whenever it came on. Didn’t have very high expectations and they were fully met. It’s an indoor place to sleep for a cheap price.」
