Hotel B Unique is a beautiful hotel. We celebrated our 1yr anniversary/mini moon there. They can use a new Chef in the kitchen the food was very mediocre and over priced for the quality and taste. The staff was very nice for the most part, we had two incidents at breakfast where it was hard to get a waiter even though it was not crowded. The first day we got there something happened with the plumbing and we were without water for 20 to 30 minutes. Overall we still had an amazing time celebrating our 1yr anniversary, the ocean view room is amazing they gave us a cute welcome note with chocolate covered strawberries. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed all the different seating options around the two pools. It did get a little crowded. When what I believe is cruise ship people came and stayed for the day. I would not have expected that type of clientele at the property. The snorkeling was great, the hot tub out on the point was great and we really enjoyed the ocean.

Property was very nice. We had an ocean facing view and it is only about 70 feet to the ocean. Felt like we are on a cruise ship looking out to the water it was so close.. beautiful. Property was clean and quite quiet. Staff was very helpful, especially front desk and Marco. Snorkeling off resort was quite good with lots of varieties of fish as well as a nice manta-ray, blow fish, colorful fish. I would recommend this place for sure . Was great !

The pools were so lovely and the snorkling out in front of the hotel was better than the snorkling we did on an excursion. The staff were all so kind and made excellent suggestions for local restaurants to dine at. The food at breakfast was delicious and the dinner we had there was also top notch. Although we did not participate in the daily yoga the classes looked so relaxing. Pool drinks and food service were awesome! The guac and the chicken nachos were to die for. We would most definitely come back to Hotel B Unique and recommend it to anyone. It's far enough out of the city of Cozumel but our daily morning walk to town was perfect.

We stayed a week and the property has stunning views and the staff are great especially Daniel and David so helpful.The rooms are very clean and comfortable the bed was amazing and very quiet at night. Cons : the fan in our room did not work , the jungle view room is great for the morning sunshine but the road is noisy . They advertised as an adult only Hotel but there were children everywhere!! There is a connecting hotel that allows children so they get to use the second pool in front of that hotel but they are basically in all the areas . Overall would definitely go back just not any time near spring break.

I liked the B unique because it’s small and you get to know the staff. Marcella at the front desk was so helpful!! Good snorkeling. Food was good, but a variety for breakfast would be nice. Loved our ocean front balcony room.

Unique hotel in the North Zone.
We stayed at Hotel B several years ago and now prefer Hotel B Unique. While there are still issues with hot water and AC, the difficulties are less at B Unique. The sun area and ocean access are nice as is the pool. The restaurant menu tends Asian. The town is a quick taxi away and we’ve found a few taco spots where the food is cheap and delicious.

Loves the pools and how clean it was. Didn’t like how hard it was to get service for food and drinks. Lack of amenities. No gym and the “free” breakfast you didn’t get to choose what you had. Was impossible to even get a water at times.

Excellent views, great location. Very clean , polite staff. Negatives: no lights in entry of room by closet and coffee machine. The wood chairs on concrete floor were extremely loud when moved. A set of pads on legs would fix this. Some street noise.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. My room was simple but had everything I needed and I was very comfortable there. The amenities are absolutely amazing and the staff was great. Food/drinks were also wonderful. You won’t ever want to leave!

Totally loved the seaside views all day out the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The views could not have been better! The rooms are modern and cozy and super clean. Front desk service is amazing, from start to finish. Amazing massage, decent food, and poolside chill and bar/food service was superior. Try the nachos poolside! We knew there wasn't a beach here but the beach clubs south of the resort make up for that.

The staff is very friendly and prompt to help. They have a great partnership with scubadu for diving and fishing. They will cook your catch! This is my second year in a row and I will be back for sure!

This hotel is just for a day or two in needed of all the all-inclusive resort are fully booked. I don’t recommend for younger generations. They say adults only but I have seen some kids are playing around in day time. Area is good but service and food is bad. Expensive then USA and Canada that’s for sure.

Facility construction low quality. Room floors concrete. Food terrible. Some wait staff need training. Expensive for what you get. No beach in a beach town? Adults "only" except for all the children that were there the same time as us. Did I say terrible food? Terrible food! View water side is nice and good showers.

Fabulous View and Chill Central
This hotel is quiet and quaint and in a good location not too close or too far north of the cruise ship pier. The view toward the ocean is incredible as the sea is turquoise and azul in colour and alive! We hoped to snorkel, but it was too rough to do so during our stay. The endless-style pool was perfect to cool down and swim a few laps. We enjoyed relaxing on daybeds and watching the water. Each night we watched the sunset from our balcony and saw several cruise ships leave and head north past us. Breakfast was include-continental- and it was delicious. We had an option for room service as well. Lunch, especially recommended burger and club sandwich were very good sized portions (huge) and came with fries. The dinners on the other hand were disappointing as they tried to mix Asia and Mayan style cooking, but it didn’t seem to work out well. Would suggest go to town to one of many other restaurants.

We haven’t stayed in every property on Cozumel island, but I can all but guarantee this is the BEST property on Cozumel island save a multimillion dollar mansion. Do not stay at one of the outdated all-inclusive hotels and waste your money. Stay here and spend what you would have at other international properties on excursions and spa treatments. They need to showcase the food here more, as a chef it is in my opinion DIVINE in its conception and execution. The staff can be timid and respectful, but bellman David stands out as a real character, with his comedic personality and Mayan charm. The property is every bit as nice as the stunning photographs here within.

We love this hotel! It’s people, vibe, etc. Our only recommendation is about keeping the concept of the hotel aligned with its regular operations. It would be nice if they spread some consciousness about coexistence with nature, specially the sea. A few things we noticed were one of the red sofas of the island was broken and the filling material was going straight to the sea, where fish were eating it. Also, we were able to remove crown caps from the sea while swimming, caps coming from the beers available in the cooler on the island - that is in addition to some hotel room cards, having room cards as bracelets might be more convenient to prevent this. We also noticed people not being very respectful with the reef while snorkeling. We believe that having that beautiful reef is a one of the hotel’s gem. The prevention of its decay must be seriously considered.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was attentive and kind. David suggested the best loc places to go to eat on top of being very nice. Our spa treatments my husband and I got were outstanding. Itzel, the spa manager, was very kind and we scheduled our treatments without issue. The food and drinks were amazing as well and the hotel is located in a great snorkeling spot, you can just rent some gear and snorkel. The location of the hotel is a dream and very calm. We were sad to go but we definitely plan on returning.

I absolutely loved staying at Hotel B Unique. I loved how serene and quiet it was since it is adults only. The service was great overall and the property as well as the rooms were squeaky clean!! Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The included breakfast at the restaraunt downstairs was also delicious and healthy. I will be coming back very soon
