"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English. "The property is very good for a family travelling and wanting to make some lunch/diner at home. We had difficulty getting hot water to take a shower even if we were taking a very fast shower but I think it is the same case everywhere in peru during the winter. No towels and face cloth were left to take our shower. No extra paper towels and nothing in the kitchen: no hand soap or dish soap. Just be aware to bring everything needed. Overall the place is very good. "

"The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice."
