「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. All staff were very good as well. One small gripe, there was a booklet in the room about the Bell Inn, sadly the cover was sticky! But this did not detract from a very pleasant stay. 」
