「客房很大，而且乾淨，但第一次住宿要自己倒垃圾。」

「當晚7點前入住，服務台也沒有人了 心想怎麼辦，當經過一輪等待，終於門鈴有人回應 說我們房間在那裡，感覺很難找和有安全感。再一大問題是，房間某位置有蜘蛛網和暖氣一直不足夠，幸好現在還是秋天」

「樓板太薄，上層跳動非常吵！浴室浴缸很小，室內連桌椅都沒有，和廣告圖片差很多。」

「The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms. 」

「Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them. Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good」

「Kilcunda Beach is one of my favorite beaches and all of Australia. The location was excellent, as I could walk to the beach, and I was also able to go to a nearby coffee shop, and get some work done, including a Zoom meeting, all well, relaxing in a nice comfortable room.」

「入住及退房流程迅速。房間大，衛生環境很好，設備齊全還除了碗碟及餐具外，還有微波爐，方便不想外出用餐的旅客。床軟硬適中，另外還提供了電熱氈。 廁所沖涼位置比較滑，淋浴間的門不是密封，洗澡時會漏出水」
