Everything is dirty; lobby, elevators, pool area, hallways and the rooms were all substandard and gross. I had to change rooms at 1am the first night as I woke up to bed bugs crawling on me. Unacceptable and awful. How in the world was this place selected as suitable accommodations for visiting families? I witnessed another soccer family at checkin go thru three different room assignments before asking for their reservation to be cancelled because of visible mold, stained bedding and dirty rooms. Shameful."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The halls smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking area, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom and fridge were in poor condition, and the breakfast was also disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests."
