"The property is old but in such a fun and fantastic location. Because it is old it felt dirty in that way that old buildings feel. That being said it was totally clean and the linens were clean.
There is an elevator but you have to hoof it up six steps in front of the hotel before you reach the lobby.
Staff was super friendly. The location was so very charming and the breakfast buffet was the best we had of the trip."
"Clean and nicely furnished room although basic amenities… only hand soap and a fixed bottle of shower/hair wash….. I expected a bit more…… Friendly staff. Location is good although if walking to/from town the front steps are a challenge not for the feint hearted! Stunning sea views. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choice. Overall I’d recommend."
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel. Lovely walk each evening into town along the beach, my kids loved the near by play park as well, and just very friendly and welcoming staff, which often is all that is needed to turn an average stay into a memorable one.

"Stayed in the hotel section after a very long international flight so it was nice to be near the airport. Enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds and enjoyed a sunset view from the back of property. Had a nice dinner at the Palomino. Breakfast was included with our rate and was a nice introduction to a typical Scottish breakfast. All the staff were friendly. Free parking was nice to have too. There was no AC ventilation in our room but a portable fan and window could be angled out. We have since discovered this was typical in all of our accommodations in Scotland. We would stay there again!"
