「Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. The staff did try calling the cleaning people but noone could seem to locate it. I called back a couple times to see if it got turned in with no...

「I wasn't charged for an unexpected deposit. Breakfast was already put away, way before ended time.」

「Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.」

「Very nice entry area. The halls and our room had a musty odor. The sheets did not fit the mattreses properly. So, they kept slipping off upon entering and exiting the bed」

「Good pool which was outside. Room spacious not serviced every day. Air conditioning very good. Good beds, frig and microwave. Fairly clean room. A lot of smaller insects flying about that would get into drinks during breakfast. Breakfast was ok with hot items, waffles and typical coffee, milk and juice to drink. Cereal, oat meal, grits all from packets. Bananas and apples, yogart. I noticed several apples were turning bad in bowl. The front desk staff were really good and very helpful! ...
