「When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us...
