"Staff were super friendly, personable and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the color combination, very soothing. Bed was extremely comfortable, not too soft, not too hard, just right. The only downside was the shower water pressure. A bit too weak, don’t know if it was because I was on the top floor. Breakfast was okay. No protein but the waffle maker was a plus. Overall it’s a great hotel, will definitely stay again if and when I visit Jim Thorpe."
