「Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.」

「We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a King suite, so a separate bedroom from family room. The TV in our bedroom never worked. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. Our toilet leaked a lot. Walls around pictures were dirty. The property is old and needs to be better maintained. However, the staff, including during breakfast, was always wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well.」

「It was a great visit, starting at check in. It was fast and easy. The lady who checked me in (didn't get her name) was awesome. In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. The breakfast, although choices were limited, was good. I was interested in eggs and sausage or bacon w\and they offered those on a rotating basis. The room was clean and...

「Both our bed had dirty sheets. The hotel was run down and not country inn and suites quality. My daughter doesn’t eat pork and they refused to provide chicken or Turkey meat option even though a sign was posted. Not a good stay」

「It was water spilling on the charger wall by the lamp and damaged my charger, looks like water was spilling from the ceiling , they put the coffee maker in the bathroom…. That’s it All I have to say.」
