Older somewhat rundown property but clean. Separate bedroom was appreciated. It appears to be used mostly as permanent accommodation for folks. The price was reasonable.

If you need a spot with kitchen for a fair price, clean linens & close to things, this is the place. Dated looks but don’t judge a book by its cover. We would stay again.

A budget conscious hotel. An older motel but clean. For the price it is a good deal. Good location with easy access to everything. This was our second time staying there and will likely stay there again when we are visiting the Courtenay area.

It doea meet your needs as a motel when you are passing by. The staff is very nice. It is in a nice location. The floors in our room were slightly slanting and there was interesting electerical wiring happening. The beds are very very hard. 2 pillows on the bed.
