"I don't think I've ever experienced such friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't that everyone was going out of their way to be friendly, it was that they just were... it came naturally and easily. If we were looking for a recommendation for anything in the area, not a problem. It was given with a smile.
The breakfast was also second-to-none. The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. And, again, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. When we checked in to the hotel we were asked if we had any dietary requirements such as being vegetarian. Usually I don't mention it because breakfasts tend to be the easiest meals to navigate if you are. This time, because I was asked, I said that I was vegetarian. And the next morning at breakfast, I was advised that there were vegetarian sausages in the oven for me (and they came along with cooked tomato, I suspect to replace the bacon).
I would stay here again without hesitation. I only wish more hotels were this good."
