If it had been a hotel I would have called the staff, asked for clean sheets, it was 50:50 if they had been changed since the last guest (with hair and specs of dirt in the bed) and had them clean the toilet (as under the seat had not been cleaned in a long time as was cover in p** stains). "Stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable & view was actually quite nice. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue. "

"Brilliant location!! Easy parking and lovely room. Beds were super comfy. Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant. Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated. Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times. We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. "
