We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. 「We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!」
