「Everything was exceptional」

「The place was very clean both inside and out. Quite, I slept very well. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There were two other large groups there and enough for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful. My next overnight in Emporia will most likely be there.」

「We just needed a place to sleep - no time for relaxing in the pool. The bed was comfy and having a quick, hot breakfast available in the morning was super convenient. Location is great - close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Quick drive to the university and downtown.」

「62/晚 每间房 你要啥自行车 虽然雨天有点潮 早餐很好吃 炒蛋很香 可以问前台要辣酱。」

「This was way better than expected for the price point. The beds were better than my more expensive hotel that I stayed in when I reached my destination. I’d stay here again.」

「Clean room and staff were excellent.」

「PROS: This hotel is very clean and have a very nice lobby and outdoor area. Rooms are spacious the blackout curtains keep the room super dark. CONS: Early check-in fee. No daily housekeeping. Only a 24/7 coffee bar no tea. The hot water for tea in the breakfast buffet had coffee grounds in it and was lukewarm. So I wasn’t able to make tea in the morning. The pool water isn’t heated either.」

「I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!」

「No ice in ice machine, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired」

「The property is old and very rundown. Our first room had dead bugs in the bathroom and the tub was either stained very bad or just filthy. They gave us a different room that was just as old with peeling paint and dirty baseboards but there were no bugs. I tried to find another room but it was a small town and couldn’t find a vacancy. This property needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. The only thing positive I can say is the bedding appeared and smelled clean but we laid on top of the...

「My stay was very pleasant. Although I had originally booked a different room, I ended up feeling very comfortable in room 121. My room was kept very clean every day, and I always had fresh, clean towels. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and had a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!」

「There was dust webs. The picture on app is not what you get. Water stains and mold on ceiling.」

「Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again.」

「Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!」

「Everything was good till I tried to check out at 4:30 AM, the day of departure. I couldn't raise anyone to return my key or get my itemized bill. I rang the door bell multiple times and the front doors were locked.」
