This hotel is pretty run down. Ice maker was out of order. Water fountain out of order. No room service, apparently they were fired that same day. Worst part was it was not clean. Pretty sure the sheets were not changed. And there was used hand towels, they had makeup on them. The shower was worn down, pealing and just nasty. The wall had paint peeling. The room was non smoking but smelled like cigars. Overall, I would not stay there again, due to the cleanliness.

I would never stay here again. The hotel and room are filthy. They smell bad and have black mold. I had to request a room change due to the condition on the restroom. The new room was not much of an improvement. The lobby was dirty.

The face that there’s no access to the dining area for utensils/ plates etc is inconvenient. The bathrooms were obviously not clean, the sheets were stained. The staff isn’t aware of what rooms are occupied or not. Almost had someone walk in my room when I was still sleeping.

When reviewed through expedia, this motel was identified as pet friendly. Nothing else regarding pets. But when I checked in, the rate was increased $25 per day for my chihuahua. They said it was on their web site. I could have stayed elsewhere for less cost if I had known. Never received linen renewal during the two day stay. Maybe this is on the web site too.

Check out took along time. Our room smelled weird. My daughters room was a bit warm. Breakfast was the most minimal amount of choices. I always stay at La Quintas and this was definitely not up to the normal standards

Fast check in and out. The pool was disgusting and not at all usable. I picked this hotel so that we could utilize the pool - website did not indicate at all that the pool was out of service. Water was black and all chairs were destroyed.

My room did not have any cold water only very hot so unable to take a shower. The staff on duty didn’t care or offer a solution (I had already paid through Expedia). The room was also dark due to several lightbulbs in the lamps missing. Staff were rude, unhelpful & unfriendly.

Hotel is great the pool not so much!
Overall the hotel itself is great however the pool sure could use some TLC. Lots of debris floating in the water and the was was very murky and green.

Dear guest, We appreciate your feedback and understand that you are upset due to electricity outage at our hotel. I am sure you understand that situation was not in our hand to control since many businesses and homes were out of utilities in state of Texas. Looking forward to see you in near future.
