「Real luxury, and a quiet, dark night's sleep.」

「Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

「Great trip, Tom was really helpful and even upgraded our room」

「Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay.」

「A pleasant, convenient stopover on our road trip This was a really nice spot to break up our road trip. Having a quality breakfast included in the stay was a definite plus and set us up well for the drive ahead. The room itself was slightly dated, but everything was clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay...

「Lovely old building, well located and enough parking at the back of hotel in side street. Comfortable bed, room was well maintained, especially the bathroom. Room was spacious enough for one person.」

「Lovely renovated sea view room, quiet. Great breakfast. Only downside was the lack of an elevator. Staff were really helpful and allowed a late checkout, organised at breakfast with no problem.」

So for me, it was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't use it to stay and spend time there though as there never seemed to be anyone on the reception or at the bar (which I only visited once) but someone...
