"Bryan and the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I just had surgery and he was extremely helpful in getting a room for me and the housekeeping folks were quick to make a room ready. Many thanks to all who helped. In a world where awful customer service has become the norm, I am grateful that your staff assisted me much more than I expected. "
