My first time in Puerto Rico and all of the staff was amazing, very accommodating with great hospitality. We wanted for nothing! Usually I like to try different hotels when I return to places I've taken trips to. This hotel and staff will be hard to beat. Thank you Krissy and Nelly to help make my vacation the best it could be!

The biggest issue — the sheets were incredibly pilly polyester. I can confidently say these were the worst sheets I have ever slept on and made me feel itchy and ick. I went downstairs and was able to get a new set of sheets that didn’t have the fabric disease but I ended up putting the sheets on myself since it was later at night. The location and beach are fabulous. The place seems a little overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would have been immensely happy paying 150-200.
