「We stayed one night at the chateau in July as a family of 5, including three teens. The property exterior is beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit was a 2-bed, 2-bath. Unfortunately the hotel did not tell us ahead of time that the upstairs bath was out of order. Or offer any type of reimbursement. We paid almost $700 for the night.
