「At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. 「The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.」

「Parfois les photos sur les sites internet ne sont pas vraiment représentatif des hotels. Pour l'oasis hotel, c'etait mieux que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueilant et souriant, les apparts sont confortables, propres, on ne pensait pas loger dans un endroit aussi bien. 「Beautiful property with large, well-maintained rooms and kitchen. Sager, the property Manager, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite being opposite the main beach, a 1-minute walk led to a private beach where I caught a stunning sunset. Highly recommend!」
