This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia. Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld.」

The pricing was a bit high given how much hotels were charging in San Sebastián but I am not complaining, All members of my family really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend The Passage Apartments.」
