We really enjoyed breakfast each morning on the terrace and we used the pool and spa every day. Very relaxing and walking distance to everything in Castellina. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating...
