"Staff was great except the Manero restaurant was awful when it came to service and ordering a wagyu steak from the hotel since they don’t serve it. The hotel charged me when the Montero staff refused it . Had they told me I would’ve left the restaurant and ate it at the other restaurant especially when having a high profile guest visiting and joining me for dinner"

"Poor cleaning of the room, otherwise most was very nice Maybe they change sheets when you check out?. We had to show them several days old sand in the sheets"
