"Was not well cleaned. Also, the shampoo bottle was totally empty!! That means it was not checked for many days and that is not good. I called thee times for that the evening we arrived. Slow service …otherwise ok."

"If you are looking for an easy chilled stay with lovely staff and great amenities look no further. 20 minutes or so by foot to Ponte D. Luis. We had a family on the ground floor with a terrace (recommended). Outdoor pool and bar spot on."

"Just returned from a great week at Hotel Solverde Wellness & Spa. Food was very good, breakfast choice was plentiful. Ate in restaurant twice, both the buffet and A la carte were of high quality. Staff were attentive and mostly helpful . Pool is freshwater but always clean and a good size, always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day. Hotel in perfect location for Porto and the wedding venue we were attending. Room was cleaned daily, only slight criticism is that beds were a bit hard. Dont let that put you off as I would definitely stay there again in the future"

"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."
