Upon Harbor - Seixal Bay Hotel
"Lift B only goes down from swimming pool not up. So over to the lobby it is. Swimming pool bar doesn't work, showers either; toilet door doesn't lock. No staff at all around the pool. Signs around the pool - rules etc missing. Dogs are allowed everywhere including near the pool. Breakfast is average. ..."
