rispetto alla foto di presentazione (dove si vede una bella struttura con piscina e ristorante), la piscina non è dell'albergo ma di un centro sportivo adiacente, e devi pagare i lettini ad un bagnino improvvisato, lettini rotti e tutti diversi con ombrelloni arrugginiti; Idem il ristorante, anche se prenoti non ti tengono il tavolo, tavoli con ragnatele prezzi altissimi. l'albergo è molto sporco, polvere ovunque, servizio quasi assente, nemmeno i letti sono stati fatti, se non dietro nostra insistenza. Acqua fredda per lavarsi. Angolo cottura con stoviglie maleodoranti di muffa e polvere. colazione e area colazione accettabile.

Perfekt til flere familier

Fin lejlighed og perfekt når man er flere familier sammen. Lille have man kan benytte om aftenen. Pool og restaurant ved siden af rigtig fint. Ingen reception kun personale om morgenen. Dog mange børn (tennisskole??) der bruger faciliteterne. Udsigt skæmmes desværre af et stort stillads på en bygning lige ved siden af. Ellers smukt område og 5 min ind til Cortona by.

Not as advertised

This is not a hotel, more like dorms at a tennis training facility. The room was clean, and the staff (2 people) were pleasant enough but not what we expected.

Too modern

This hotel is locat s beside a larger restaurant while a nightclub feel. The music was louder than we wanted with the atmosphere. The area was a little busy.

Nice staff & appartment but missing the charm

Very welcoming and helpful staff, clean and confortable appartment. View on a building in construction which was disappointing and made it such we missed the charm you can find in Tuscany

Overrated hotel close to Cortona

The pictures of the rooms look better than they are. Very basic room with a good air-co. The wi-fi was not very stable and it was quite slow. We saw some cockroach in our room and in the bathroom, it was disgusting. The cleaning of the room meant making the bed daily and emptying the trashcan, towels were not changed even if they were placed on the floor as requested. The breakfast was ok (good coffee, croissants, yogurt, bananas). Good parking space. The pool was big but unfortunately it was closest in the only sunny say during our stay without prior notice - and the pool was our reason to stay there. Disappointing again. We would not recommend this hotel as there were many small things that were disappointing.

Fina rum men bygge pågår

Rummen är nyrenoverade och fina. Dock pågår en jättestor ombyggnad/nybyggnad bredvid poolen, syns inte på bilderna. Verkade dock ingen aktivitet mitt under sommaren så inget störande ljud. Men utsikten är sådär. Poolen tillhör inte hotellet utan en beachclub bredvid. Halvdan städning, vi hittade tex ett cigarettpaket på golvet (trots rökförbud) och de första 3 dagarna städade de inte alls hos oss. Receptionen är obemannad utom vid frukosten så ring innan så kommer de snabbt. Trevlig personal.

En résumé: oubliez très vite les chambres 1 et 2 qui donnent sur un immense parking disproportionné et très mal entretenu et avec aucune vue. En réalité un immense bâtiment à quelques mètres en cours de construction est à l'abandon....le B&B. est dans un "ex-futur complexe nautico-sportif dont une bonne moitié est à l'abandon reste une piscine où je n'ai vu ni pédiluve en fonctionnement, ni douche au passage.. mais des accès directs sur la terre (piscine municipale !!)...Quant au jardinet devant la chambre il sert de lieu de passage..serrure portail HS et pour votre intimité vivez dans le noir , volets fermés. L'adresse sur le site est inconnue des GPS..et pour cause......personne en sus ne reste sur place. Chambre cependant bien entretenue et accueil courtois. petit déjeuner très classique Heureusement qu'il y a le restaurant -ouvert seulement le soir et quelque peu cher- où l'accueil est hors norme et la cuisine de même. Preuve que la gentillesse existe toujours.....

Bella struttura, ottima posizione, tranquilla.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso la struttura con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene . La consiglio vivamente.

Handy overnight stop with good restaurant on site.

Easy to find and convenient parking. Very helpful staff. We were only staying one night and the basic but comfortable rooms were most welcome after a long journey. You do need to read the small print that says that check in is restricted to before 5pm. Having said that when we phoned to say we might be late the lady we spoke to was very helpful and we had no problems.

Siamo stati 3 notti in questo hotel e il personale è stato molto disponibile anche a indicarci dei luoghi da visitare. Colazione abbondante a buffet. Camera carina e molto spaziosa. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri.

Quality pool and spacious rooms

Quiet hotel. Pool and garden was perfect with great views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great but other parts of hotel need a bit of a makeover but excellent value

A fabulous location - a great host

This hotel is in the heart of the most beautiful Tuscan villages. The host Alessandro is adorable and was so helpful with all our issues and also mentioned places to see that we had not heard of. The restaurant on the property is delicious and affordable and the wine is a great treat!!! Francesco seems to take care of everyone in his restaurant and enjoys doing so. Seven resort is a great affordable place to stay and so very comfortable and close to everything!!
