Had a really nice stay here. An older hotel, but it was clean and the staff are tremendous. Very nice, personable and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here next time im in the area.

For the price you pay, it's a quaint little hotel! It was clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff was friendly and checked in with us often. The breakfast didn't have any hot options other than waffles and bagels, but it was still a nice spread for being included in the price. This was our second stay, and it was overall a great experience!

The peppery was a bit old and dated, doesn't have any real facilities. There's a few things around, mostly fast food and some discount stores, groceries and gas. Pretty reasonable.

We were there for graduation weekend and each morning received a small token of appreciation from the hotel. Loved the dragon! I was able to compliment the manager in person for his amazing staff!

The location was super convenient!. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfy. I was in town for the SUNY Cortland graduation ceremony, as were most of the other guests. When leaving, they gave each of us a cute stuffed Red Dragon (the school mascot)!

Our room on the first floor was smelly, damp and dingy. The attendant very kindly let us try a second-floor room. It had less smell and was not damp. (It too was dingy.) We moved to the second-floor room and were very glad we did.

The hotel is old and capital investment is not occurring. The room had 1980's wallpaper and due to the age, it was peeling off the wall on every piece of wall paper.

Great employees and manager

Staff was VERY nice and easy to talk to/deal with including the manager who was there in the day when I checked in. Honestly, my ONLY problem was with the dampness in both the hallway and the room. They need dehumidifiers at least on the main floor. The bed was really comfortable and I'm not a good sleeper - when I fell asleep, I slept REALLY well.
