「不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。」

「The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was perfect for exploring Barcelona (walkable to most sights and so many amazing restaurants nearby) and going to the beach, the only thing to be aware of is the area is quite loud at night (the hotel provides ear plugs). 」

「We checked in late on a Friday night (our flight was 3 hours late). The lobby was packed with clubgoers and the desk staff was occupied dealing with a problem guest. We must have looked exhausted and Tamara, the club manager must have noticed. She told us to join her upstairs for a drink once we got settled. 「This is an excellent location with excellent services! Have very good free breakfast 🍳, all our questions got answered by these very friendly staff at front desk! I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay ! 」
