"Booked through Expedia, arrived at hotel and they informed me the booking was for the following day even though I selected to stay that particular night as i booked last minute after 12am. Said they had no rooms left and sent me on a 20 minute drive to the other branch and told me they would allow me to cancel my booking and to contact expedia. They rejected my request for a refund so charged me twice and costing all of my expedia rewards points too. Scammed."
