Limited street parking space, Not enough bathroom accessaries in the bathroom. Body wash container was empty and I called the service desk and asked for body wash and hand wash and they brought one soap bar for us instead of filling the container. No plates or cutlery been provided by the hotel to be used in the room.

Upon checking in, the front desk told me that they didn’t have any more 2 double bed rooms and they were sold out for the night other than that. The staff did tell me that they had a single king only accessible room that they could give me but they’d be taking away from someone else, which didn’t make any sense to me at all. I had my wife and 3 kids with me so piling into a king bed was not the greatest idea and instead, then staff asked the building team to bring in a rolling bed for the kids to sleep on. While it wasn’t a great option, we took it and the bed showed up about 30-45 minutes after we made it to the room. I don’t know what happened with the reservation, but my suggestion is to keep guests in the correct room type when they reserve it. We were in a pinch as there were no other openings at any other hotels in the area so at least it worked out OK. This was also a Saturday night and there were cars racing down the street and we could hear them past 1AM. Not sure what can be done here other than more police patrol on the streets.

The parking lot is convenient because there are a lot of spaces, but it is expensive and very unconfortable to get in and get out, the card readers and the machine to get the ticket in far from your car window. Also the WiFi is terrible, I couldn´t get a connection during my whole stay.

I came to the Omni for my mom’s 67th birthday and we had a blast! The bar had wonderful shrimp tacos the sauce you put on them are amazing! We went to dinner at the switchgrass and didnt really enjoy it. The service is top tier! We did have a few issues, my sisters hotel room ac wasn’t working and they sent an engineer to fix it right away! My rooms shower kept stopping up while the water was running so we had to cut the water off while lathering up then turn it back on to rinse; it was a pain! But like I said we enjoyed our stay and they were very attentive to us! I do recommend this hotel bc they will try to accommodate you anyway they can!

Nice beach front location, friendly staff, you get one free drink which was very kind, and both of my kids were given a goody bag that had snacks and crafts. My husband and kids had a good time at the pool as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that parking is an additional $32. I personally think that one parking spot should be free with each reservation.

The entire staff were excellent, they treated us like family and dignity and respect. The rooms were clean very well and the pillows were very, very comfortable. God willing we will return and bring more family and friends.

During arrival it was a 30min. Waiting do too someone have park the vehicle unattended. Restaurant close early, me and the family when on search for open bar or restaurants. The water was a slow flush and drain in the room restroom. Next morning breakfast was a 45min. To 1hr. Waiting. All I heard was SORRY !!! SORRY!!!! So no it was not worth pay $$$ for the experience.

We ate breakfast super early & went back to our room. We checked at the front desk to see if we could stay another day, mostly bc I felt sick, but they were booked..understandable, it’s a great hotel. I was feeling really terrible & within a 25 min period between 845 and 915 2 different staff knocked on our door ,the second one knocked & opened our door. Luckily they did not open the door the first time bc I was naked and pooping w/the door open. The cleaning staff were extremely loud in the hallway & yelling over vacuums in the room next door. Check out is at 11, intended on sleeping till 1030. I received a text at 830 am to upgrade our checkout experience… which is what initially woke me up. I texted that number upon check out and the Front desk Manager Erin responded multiple times if she could make my stay more comfortable to let her know. I told her i travel a lot, & would be back in town the week of July 21-25 -this was her response: “ I want to sincerely apologize for the incidents you experienced — especially the intrusion into your room while you were in such a vulnerable state. I can’t imagine how upsetting and uncomfortable that must have been, and I’m truly sorry. I truly apologize again, Mrs. Reid. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything I can do to make this right. I loved the view of the USS Lexington and the bay from our balcony and from the restaurant. However, be aware that when you open the door to the balcony the A/C turns off and then back on once closed but it goes back to preset of 72 and therefore if it is cooler in the room the heat turns on. Staff were all welcoming and ready to assist in every way possible. Food at the restaurant were delicious.
