「The room was disgusting we had to change rooms cause the first one didn't have cold water, the toilet in the second room was halfway off the ground, it would lift up if you sat on it. Online it says its a great hotel on the beach, according to locals, they wrote their own reviews to cover up how bad it really was.」

「We stayed in the Presidential Suite this past weekend and when we walked into the room, we were shocked to say the least. The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This room also cost an additional 300$ compared to other rooms available. There are no charging ports inside the room with the exception of wall outlets. There are no lamps. So the only way to see is by turning the light for the whole room on. This is a big deal to me, especially if you don’t want to interrupt the other...

「Hotel room in very bad conditions. Staff did nothing to fix the problems. I had to call Marriot vonboy and tell them and make a claim here with Expedia. Hopefully my money is refunded.」
