Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Not what was promised

They canceled on us a few days before our check in day. We had to get another property further away from the family we were seeing. It was not convenient. The new place had air conditioning problems and we had no time to call because we were busy to get it fixed. It should have been fixed before we got there.
