"Very neat property typical motel design with ample parking and lovely grassed area with gazebo for relaxing or drinks. Room was spacious with modern and effective furniture, kitchenette and nice bathroom. It was quiet and very clean. Services Club short walk away. Leeton is a pretty town with art decco buildings, neat and clean streets."

"Room was okay some housekeeping and property upkeep needed. Freezer frozen up, grass 15cm high, pool needed vacuuming, windscreen cleaning brushes and buckets had rubbish in them, windows needed cleaning and cigarette butts littered carpark."

"The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable and those are the most important things in a motel room. Unfortunately though the carpet was really stained which is pretty gross and the gardens surrounding the motel are overgrown and weedy which got things off to a bad start. It wasn’t terrible but I’d try somewhere else next time. "

"An older motel but kept very clean with a v comfortable bed. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan but otherwise excellent and convenient budget accommodation"

"Parking was easy but this motel needs some serious work done. I stayed here with my partner and this place is disgusting. Actually it should be closed down. The mould and filth is disgusting. "

"It is a little dated but was clean and for the price was good. As been stated by others the pool was closed. For a good night's sleep i would stay again."
