「I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I was not informed in advance that construction was taking place, which significantly affected the ambiance and overall experience. There was also a noticeable odor throughout the facility that made the environment uncomfortable.
I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to rest or relax.

「Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu.
We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again.」
