Rooms were a bit small for a family of two adults and two teens. Proximity is to restaurants, bars and shopping is amazing.

University dorms. Stayed in a two bedroom unit. Small kitchen and table, decent bedrooms but no couch/living space. Was great for a night, but personally would need a larger space for consecutive nights and four adults.
Clean, well kept property and easy walk to restaurants.

Good wee spot
Was perfect for what we were looing for bang in the city centre girls at the reception were great help with finding parking also provided discount
Room was clean
Would definitely stay there again
Wonderful location for the price I paid. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Quiet room. I read in a review that they had air condition, which was much appreciated on the warm summer day I stayed there. Spacious. Included a full kitchen.
Echoing other reviews, there is no parking on site nor are there easy parking options nearby if you’re parking during regular hours. I circled around for over 30 minutes before I pulled over and prepaid for the garage they recommended. The garage parking was an easy process and a 10 minute walk because I had heavy luggage.
The only complaint I have is that the comforter smelled of other people. I suspect the duvet cover has been washed but the smell of other guests permeated through the cover. Other than that, this was a great stay for the price.
Coleman Court is a unique property - better for flexible and persistent travelers.
This isn’t a Hotel Chain experience.
Think nice (very clean) European-size room with a nice common room (full kitchen, Big screen TV, comfortable reading space),
in a dormitory-style setting.
Security is excellent.
Room access can be a somewhat intricate - gates and electronic doors and elevators.
Yet, worth the value-based pricing for physically-capable travelers.
Seems to be part of a network of organized dorm-style self-catering accommodations.
They have common electronic systems, check-in systems, common room set-ups, down to the key cards and front desk staffing. Parking was on the street. Pay during the day. Free at night.
