「The rooms that we were forced to use were smoking rooms. I did not reserve and pay for smoking rooms. We were informed at check in after a 4 hour drive to get there that's all they had remaining. We were in town for a funeral service and did not arrive until later that night. Unfortunately due to the non refundable policy, we had to use them or forfeit a hefty fee for two rooms. My family of 5 which included 3 kids had to endur rooms that were unbecoming of a decent hotel. The rooms needed...

「Facilities are old and not up to date. First room smelled badly when checked in, had to request another room. Breakfast was worthless. We would not stay here again, also overpriced.」

「Smokers outside their rooms caused the surrounding rooms to reek of smoke due to the property design.Breakfast was minimal .Staff were busy taking care of their children which should take priority , but the individual should not be assigned to the front desk at the same time. Beds were new and clean.Price was high for what you received as a customer.」

「The owner was very nice & welcoming. However, there was limited warm water as the property was having issues due to the unseemly weather in TN of 20 degrees. Neither the water or temp was warm enough for me to shower. It was also difficult to get the temp in the room warm enough. Also, the usual flip lock on hotel doors was completely missing & you could see the screw holes in the door. It was unsettling, even though the door did have a door handle lock. 」

「Immer im Blick behalten, es war die günstigste Unterkunft vor Ort und ist privat geführt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber Zimmer, Bad, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Es gibt auch noch einen kleinen Laden im Motel in dem man Getränke, Zahnbürste usw. Kaufen kann wenn man etwas vergessen hat. Positiv ist auch der große TV. Kleine Schwächen gibt es auch, der WC Sitz war nur mit einer Schraube festgemacht und hat gewackelt und im kleinen Zimmer mit einem Kingsize Bett steht...

「We had a king suite on the ground floor. It was a little windy and when the heat was not running the unit would whistle waking us up multiple times in the night. At 4:15 am, we went to the front desk. The night clerk came down but could not do anything about the whistle and had no spare rooms to offer. The solution was to turn up the heat so the register would run and avoid the noise.」

「Staff was very nice, but the room not so great. The bed was HARD, very uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty, and hair was in the shower and on the floor. Breakfast was not the greatest either. Waffles were good, but that's about it. Not many options ti choose from. The attendant was very kind though. Oh and the free popcorn at check in was a nice perk!」
