Great wee basic hotel

Great basic hotel close to the airport. We stayed here for 1 night as we did last year also when our flight home was cancelled. It’s located right in the heart of Gouvia so perfect to explore the beach and marina. The rooms are very very basic, no tea/coffee facilities but you do have a fridge. The A/C is an extra €6 per day and a 3rd bed in the room is an extra €30. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would defo absolutely return due to its location.

Couches were old and dirty. Spiders on the couches. Lady at counter was rude. Gentleman was very friendly. For the price, it was worth it for one night. Would not reccomend.

The worst experience with Expedia. They weather was up to 41°c and they hotel asked to pay for the air-conditioning very old toilets, very poor breakfast, very noisy, the staff are polite but do nothing when at 3am a couple start fighting shouting, knocking the room door, unfortunately the worse holiday ever the pool was ok.

Not good value , deceiving pricing

They charge extra for air conditioning, this is not listed or disclosed on expedia sites, the additional cost for air conditioning takes this hotel out of the value bracket, breakfast is poor... way more value elsewhere... do not recommend.

Für eine Nacht war es okay. Ich fand den Ort auf jeden Fall nicht besonders schön. Am Pool gibt es nur 2 Sonnenschirme, für die Klimaanlage muss man extra zahlen und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich (ausgenommen der junge Mann, bei dem ich mein Gepäck vor dem Check-In hinterlassen habe). Die Betten sind gut, der Wasserhahn macht sehr laute Geräusche. Zum schlafen okay, mehr nicht.

Godt hotel og god pool.

Hotellet var rigtig fint og hyggeligt. Der var en dejlig pool med god plads, og gode muligheder for skygge. Receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme med alting, både billeje og taxi til lufthavnen. Rengøringen af værelserne var ikke så nem at regne med og de kom oftest på de tidspunkter af dagen hvor vi befandt os på hotellet. Derudover blev vi overasket over at man skulle betale ekstra for aircondition. Men helt generelt var det en god oplevelse at besøge hotellet.

Positivo: Il personale è cordiale ed è sempre a disposizione e parlano molte lingue. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi preferisce muoversi con automezzo. Negativo: Colazione stile Internazionale molto ridotta. Piscina esterna molto più piccola di quanto si mostra nella foto sul sito. Siamo nel 2022 e l'aria condizionata costa 6.50€ al giorno. Puzza di fognatura nel bagno. Mancanza di tendina per la doccia. Letti scomodissimi.

Vacances en famille

Je suis partie seule avec mes enfants. Nous avons adoré ce séjour. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de quasiment tout! A peine à 15 min en bus de la ville de Corfou. La ville est très bien desservie en transport. Possibilité de louer scooter ou voiture mais nous n'avions pas besoin. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très chaleureux, à l'écoute et sympathique. Ils seront vous conseiller. Nous recommandons cette endroit.

Établissement qui mérite parfaitement ces deux étoiles. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Bonne situation pour rayonner sur l'île et bus stop proche. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. J'espère pouvoir y retourner. - Pas d'eau chaude le matin de bonne heure. Un petit séchoir serait le bienvenu sur la terrasse. Bref, un rapport qualité prix plus que convenable.

Excellent stay

Very friendly staff and a hotel which exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the traditional Greek breakfast- pies, 4 types ot bread, fruit, cheeses, a wide variety. Coffee could have been better but they had good tea options. We loved the pool area with beautiful flowers plus there was a table tennis table. Cleaning was extremely good with a daily service.

Lovely hotel

Room was a bit basic, but had all the important bits - comfortable bed, clean, good shower, hearty breakfast. Air con was a cost option that we didn't need/use. Pool is small - good for cooling off though. Beach is 5 mins walk away as is the centre of Gouvia.

Better spend your money somewhere else

I would definitely not recommend it for future stays. Although close to Corfu town, it is located in a very touristic area and you get zero sense of Greece or Corfu in general. The stuff was not helpful or understanding at all given there are last-minute changes caused by covid that travelers have zero control over and all they care about is to make sure they get paid since as they say "it is a business". Too bad they don't understand the benefits a "business" could have from basic client service tactics. I have been to Corfu so many times and I have stayed in way better places for even lower budget so it's not even a value for money issue
