"The free breakfast is adequate. We stocked. Nothing fancy but good coffee, and 3 fresh waffle stations so not to much waiting in line. Room and property is a bit dated but it was clean. Parking lot could use a little cleaning. Pool was very nice. Small sandy beach right on the property that again is nothing special, but its a beach!! The back fo the property faces west so great plae for a sunset! Small outdoor bar was nice. Very friendly staff inside and outside. Cant say enough about the staff actually. "

"We were able to get one of the last rooms after leaving our original destination due to poor conditions. I'm glad we did. The staff here was amazing, the rooms were great. The property was clean and right on the the water. They had such a fun area for swimming, playing, or sitting by the fire. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a gulf view room, which was exactly what we wanted and could see dolphins from our balcony. The staff was friendly. The pool is really nice, but too many kids for my taste. We like to walk and never took the car for dinner. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon."

"The AC filter was very dirty. We cleaned it thd 1st day. The AC conditioner dounded like the Blue Angels taking off! The shower was never cleaned after the last guest, because we showered and someone elses hair ended up in the drain. The shower floor had an area with black mold. The bottom of the shower curtin was mildewed. The floor needed a good scrub, not just a wet mop. "

"Nice stay! Nice staff matters! They were really sweet at the front desk because we were delayed check in. I don’t think enough hotels understand how much that matters! Very clean and my son loved the pool. We will be back!"

"I usually stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area because the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel is an older hotel, it is well maintained. The amenities, breakfast, pool, gym, etc. are very comparable to the more expensive hotels but at more reasonable rates. Perfect hotel for traveling and business purposes. "
