Love the apartments, clean, efficient and great value. And, the staff are wonderful. It is a gated community. The location is a bit light industry Grocery store 3 minutes away that has everything.

Decent but almost robbed

Overall the stay was good. The air conditioner in one room didnt work, but maintenance said it did. It was 42 degrees Celsius...so we needed the air to work. The gym was VERY limited...didn't even have a treadmill. And while parked in the garage, 2 men who were movers for another apartment attempted to break into our car. We caught them and got security but it was not a good experience. Overall the apartment was sufficient and priced well.

no hice uso de la reserva, ya que no podia llegar antes de las 19 hs y no le entregaban la llave a otra persona, pues yo iba en vehiculo y me era imposible llegar a esa hora, ya que debia cruzar desde UY y el primer barco llegaba a BSAS al mediodia y dps hacer casi 800 km se complicaba llegar a esa hora. Propuse que un amigo levantara la llave pero se negaron.

Towels were super old and were provided once during check in. toilet paper - 2 super small rolls for a duration of 6 nights at check in. Sheets super old and only provided at check in, they were not changed or provided during the stay of 6 nights. Basic supplies like dish detergent, sponge and cleaning solutions were not provided. I requested to clean the apartment as the floor, kitchen and bathroom was dirty. The staff was resistant so I had to sweep, collect the dirt in a dustpan to demostrare that they needed to come and clean.

Property is well located, close to "Centro" area by taxi or short walk. Apartment well laid out with good amenities for cooking. Also small washing machine but have to dry on the deck. Quiet area and safe to walk around with major grocery store 4 blocks away. Lots of construction in the area but not an issue with our stay. Would choose location again.

Our stay in Córdoba

Modern and clean apartment with great balcony and rooftop pool overlooking Córdoba city, and sunset. However fan was broken, no toilet paper provided, and the shower flooded the bathroom. Check in lady was extremely nice, gave us lots of recommendations and was very welcoming. Location of apartment slightly far from Córdoba center
