I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

Mala opción para hospedarse, solamente si no encuentran otra, no se puede descansar, también entra gente como si fuera hotel de paso, por lo mismo es ruidoso e inseguro por las noches. Pésima atención de la recepcionista, señora grosera y enojona. Jamás me volvería a hospedar en Haus Express😤

Solo dire que me amenazaron con que si no llegaba antes de la hora del Ckeck In me cancelaban la habitación. Estuvieron muy hostigoso con que cancelara la habitación.
