Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

Close to the heart of the city, nice and clean, very friendly staff, the underground parking lot are very small and difficult to use, small adventure for itself, but in case one get assistance by the stuff

Disappointed

Rather tired old hotel but excellent location and good (tight) carparking for an extra charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon struggled in very hot weather, small bed and no breakfast onsite. Had booked for three nights and paid in advance on arrival. We shortened our stay to two nights and gave them 24 hours warning of our early departure, but the manager refused to refund the unused night even though this was not signaled when I told them of the change.

NO BREAKFAST, even though Expedia sold us the room with a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk told us on arrival "we just don't do breakfast...that's a problem with Expedia, you know", to which we replied that SOMEONE should fix it, because it is false advertising, and certainly convenient for both the hotel and Expedia, but not for us....otherwise an ok place, small room, clean, very quiet (we were in back of hotel, but in any case on a very quiet street). Good overall location, short walk to a lot of restaurants, decent walk to the main attractions.

The room we had was in the groundfloor and the small window looked toward a partition decorated with plastic flowers and nowhere lese. It was just like a ....! No tea or coffee maker, etc. inside the room or somewhere in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful as they could. Location is in downtown. Amenities for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within walk distance.

Family friendly hotel in central Cordoba

Lovely stay in central Cordoba. Hotel is conveniently located for the all the main sites and the old town. Reception were really really helpful and recommended some great restaurants. Central courtyard area also lovely.

The hotel is very close of the Cordoba downtown and a 20 minutes walking of the bus station.The Mezquita is 15 minutes walking from the hotel.

Not easy to access its underground parking. The lift to parking was broken when I checked out. I had to wait more than an hour to get out, which screwed up my booked tour.

Great location, great staff

Great location with plenty of food options around and a short walk to the Mezquita and other attractions. Very adequate for the price. The staff was awesome, professional and super friendly, special mention to Ivan (Gracias!!!) Parking on-site but it is not for the faint of heart ($21/day) A Small garage-elevator in a tight street and even smaller parking space , staff gave directions and assisted maneuvering but I thought my car would not make it!!

If you are driving and using the car parking be aware the street is very narrow and the entry is via an elevator (for the car). We were in a Jeep Compass and fitted with millimeters to spare. This street is used by buses and taxis and it is a bit harrowing getting the exact angle to get the car into the lift. The staff are very helpful it trying to help. Aside from this it is a good location to see the sites

As an extra measure of security, I would have liked to have been able to lock the door from inside my room but it seemed the lock was damaged. But other than that, great service and extremely kind/helpful upon arriving and using their parking facilities. Would highly recommend,☺️
