Lovely feel, like a Moroccan Road. Simple but beautiful and right in the heart of the old town - amazing! Don't attempt to drive there or you might have all 4 tyres squeaking along the curve. It's as well a restricted zone, so if you do, make sure the receptionist gets a permit for you. There is a free car park in the other side of the river - 15 mins walk. We had problems checking in though, as non of the numbers we were given worked. There is no reception - the reception is at another Arc House establishment close by. Luckily some other guests knew about this. When we finally got there - luckily the reception was still open - the receptionist was super kind and helpful

Could not connect to WiFi as it was not showing up. WhatsApp contact was available for speedy assistance. The room was a bit musty but that’s because there is no window/vent for the room. No luggage storage, had to go to Mesquita Arc House. Outside of that, the customer service was exceptional.

This place is a run down building. Don't look at the pictures that they show, it is the same building but destroy. In our case, it was spills of coffee on the floor, the toilet was loose and when you flush water came up from the floor and smell. It did not looked to us that they did not replace the bed sheets. The air conditioner was not working and they would not answer the phone after 10 pm, so we did not have any solution. The odor is a case apart. The odor was strong, mixture of chemicals and sewer (probably because the toilet leak). When we ask to be transferred to a different room, we were informed that it was no room available. We had to endure one night because it was too late to look for other hotel. We left next morning even that we booked for 3 nights.Final word, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE

Cordoba ciudad hermosa
