"The staff were excellent at all stages of my one-night stay. I didn't like the 'Jack & Jill' bathroom (shared with the room next door), having to remember to press a button to lock my neighbour's door and then slide a latch to make sure my room was fully secure after. I hadn't come across this arrangement before - I'd much rather have had a shared bathroom down a corridor."
