Clean and warm room.
Easy check in and check out.
The shared showers were dirty but this was due to what I can guess it’s disrespectful guests. Not the hotels fault!

Staff great, room clean, but very compact! Fire alarm at 3 am but no staff to tell us if it was genuine as we waited outside for 20 minutes
Very nice front desk. The room was very small but adequate, clean and quiet and a great value! . We had a problem and they kindly help us to resolve. We found a lovely beach a short drive away.
Convenient stopover near the ferry and Eurotunnel. Basic but very good value and comfy beds.

I have stayed here before and it is what it is a cheap overnight stay on the way somewhere else. However, this time I did not get a bathroom or toilet in my room and had to use shared facilities. This may have been my fault not realising when I booked with Expedia. The sink in the room had a loose tap and no plug. I will be using another nearby hotel next time. I also have to add that the coffee machine in the lobby was disgusting, i tried to get a white coffee (and I speak fluent French so there was no language error) not only was it black but the granules did not dissolve and looked like tar. I’m glad I didn’t order breakfast either, when I left at 0720, the breakfast area was still shut up despite supposedly being open from 0630. I did as I planned, got on the road and had breakfast at Baie de Somme which I thoroughly recommend.
Perfectly acceptable budget hotel. Toilets and showers are shared. Rooms are small... but price is good. There are some drink and snack vending machines in reception, and dining and shopping options nearby. Parking is secure.

Staff service excellent.
Breakfast very nice.
Ensuite not clean i.e previous occupants shavings still in the washbasin and mirror not wiped clean same for side wall.
Its a F1 Hotel which is perfect for le shuttle. Restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. Perfect for the over night stop. Rooms are basic with no toilets or showers. Communal toilets and showers on each floor. Perfect for arrival in France or travelling to the UK. Parking areas are locked up at night.
The boiler room was open! That was dangerous! The man man at the reception was rude!
The room was good! Sadly we have to share toilets and showers

F1 Calais
Wasn’t amazing wasn’t bad either , the room was okay , no kettle or anything in the room
The coffee machine at the entrance gave us black coffee even though we pressed white
The breakfast was average , choice of 2 cereal toast , pastries and coffee
I did like it was secure and the car park had electric gates which closed at 9pm you used a code on your booking to operate the gate after 9pm
Area was nice and quiet and not too far from shops etc
I do not think we would stay here again but it was cheap and cheerful , staff were pleasant enough
I'd say you get what you pay for, but we stayed in a Premiere Inn in Dover on the way out for the same price, and the differences were vast.
The beds were clean, but the whole hotel had a very overwhelming, unpleasant smell and the sink smelt every time the tap was run, giving the impression that the hotel was unclean.
Staff were helpful.
Suffice to say, we wouldn't stay again.

The gentleman at the reception was so friendly and helpful. However, I had no idea about the hotel's concept that
No bath or toilet in the rooms, even No towel, even No soap in the shared toilets!
The reception closes at night and I was terrified to go out for the WC till the morning as a group of people were chatting and passing from time to time in the night!
Also the hotel is not 10 minutes from the ferry or terminal as advertised, so I took a taxi. The concept is not for me, never again.

We've used F1 hotels for many years across so know what to expect. A few room issues (loose plug socket / hole in wall). Reasonably pleasant staff.
Staff fairly friendly. No UK TV

Secure parking, close to the tunnel, room tiny but clean. Functional. No real amenities, the cafe is closed.
For me the Jury’s out on whether I like the digital check in for everything and no reception as such. Instructions could be a bit better.
Good for the price we paid, no proper information about the toilet/shower arrangements though, towels too small, the one staff member we saw appeared friendly enough.
Reminiscent of the cheap rooms at Blackpool in the UK - more of a hostel than an actual hotel. Good if you're catching an early Eurotunnel but please know what it is you're paying for.
Pets allowed, breakfast is an extra cost.
For the price I paid the hotel was perfect for a one night stay over… the room was comfy but I could have done with an extra pillow and we spent ages trying to sort out getting in the gate with the car in the dark ..but reception closes at 9. The room was a shared bathroom and there are some kiosks down the corridor though the toilet floor was wet due to a ceiling leak - I would stay again as it’s literally somewhere to rest after getting the evening ferry.

A good stopover
A good hotel I have stayed in many times. Only spoilt by the loud annoying guests arriving at 01:00 and without enough brain cells to realise that their behaviour is unacceptable late at night.
Good for a 1 night stop, but didn't notice it was shared bathrooms or i wouldn't have booked. Roons small but servicable, need air conditioning. It was stifingly hot.
