Location was amazing. View from room was outstanding. Jeff was very helpful. Room was nice size. Issues- Very outdated, half of lights would not work, sink and tubs were rusted.

Five lights in the kitchen, 3 of the 5 bulbs burned out. The battery was dead on the clock on the wall. Both toilets run constantly. Looked like someone dropped a cup of koolade in one of the bathrooms and no one cleaned it up. Perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Entire place was run down and dated. We go to summit county quite frequently. This condo was not the cheapest nor most expensive but it was by far the worst. And I feel like I should get my money back for the cleaning deposit. Whole experience was a joke.

I wish you would have reached out to us to resolve any issues you had, but we never received a to call to assist. 90% of the furniture is new, and no one has every complained about the beds? Next time reach out so that your host can assist instead of just leaving a poor review!

Not what it appears!
Spent 30 minutes getting into the garage with the key card, then found out that key card was defective when it wouldn’t open the door to the room. Also, if I wanted to replace the key I had to drive 15 miles to the office!! When I booked the room at $145 a nite, I was shocked to be charged $346. I immediately called after booking and asked to cancel, but they refused. Said the additional money were resort fees, cleaning and taxes. I found the booking process to be extremely deceptive.

I am sorry that the RFID card was difficult for you to use. All keys at the unit were check at check out and found to be working perfectly. The driving 15 miles to replace a keys must have been a misunderstanding because we have extra keys at the front door in a lock box and had called maintenance out to assist when you finally got it to work for you. Booking cost are very clear on Expedia. The booking process is Expedia's and should be directed to them. On our site the first price you see is the total with all fees and taxes. I am sorry you stay was a bit frustrating, but we did everything we could to assist. Best wishes.
