This was the only Hotel at Copper Mountain but it was an Excellent choice. Great Location, good food for breakfast or dinner on site reasonable prices. Love the view of the ski slopes and the two large hot tubs.

Great location for Copper! Super convenient! We walked to a Mexican restaurant for dinner, about 3 minutes away. After checking out the next morning, we were allowed to park for another day of skiing. We walked along the path to the main ski lift. We shared the room with our 2 teenagers. The rooms are quite narrow and the bathroom door (covered with frosted glass) is facing one of the double beds. This means that when one of us used the washroom at night it illuminated the entire room. The breakfast was okay, with good sustaining options. The exercise room was great!

This hotel has potential, but a long way to go. The front desk needs hospitality training. It would be nice if the parking lot was covered and not a sheet of ice. You can hear a lot of noise through the walls. The coffee maker in the room is very loud. A microwave in the room instead of only the lobby would be nice. It would be good to have rubber mats on the floor near the ski storage so people don’t slip in their boots. I don’t think I’ll try this hotel again.

Great ski hotel
The staff and location are fabulous. We were very pleasantly surprised with the and features of the hotel, and would definitely stay here again. The only slight negative was the heating/cooling unit in the room. It was not very precise and the room got rather hot, but fortunately we were able to open our window and the temperature was perfect. This would definitely not stop us from staying at this hotel again. This one’s a keeper!

This hotel was close to the rental shop. I loved everything about it! Brian and the people serving us in the restaurant were excellent!!! I hear they do not have passes to ski 🎿 or snowboard!!! They need to be able to advise your clients!!! We own 7 travel agencies and receive free trips so we can also do that!!! It really helps the business!!!!

Just staying for one night. Very clean, polite staff, walking distance to ski village/ skiing. Parking is easy. Right off the I70 . View of parking lot and I70 which can be noisy from our room. Ask to be on the mountain view side. Wish the hotel had robes/ slippers to be able to get to the hot tub covered up. It’s access is in the main lobby. Fridge in room was convenient and ice water/ small microwave to warm up leftovers was nice. Very high altitude here though. Not for those that came from sea level. Had to purchase oxygen.

The hotel seems brand new which is nice. Everything is clean and new. It is pretty much a self service experience except for at check in. Probably like a lot of places now being overly efficient.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel and cant wait to book another stay here. They have a ski valet service so you can stash you wet skis and snowboards somewhere other than your room. My only complaint is that there arent two hot tubs one is a cold tub im assuming meant for cold plunges, barely anyone used it. Such a great location to center village too.

Blood stain on sheets/dirty sheets
The hotel was nice and modern. Everything was perfect until I found a blood stain on the mattress cover on the 3rd night after sleeping in it for 2 nights (was definitely not from me.) I told management at the front desk and he said that he’s “in first aid and it isn’t contagious once it’s dried”. There was no empathy or apology. He said that there was supposed to be another mattress cover over the actual mattress (their mistake). Regardless I would expect the hotel to be clean and sanitary, and for sheets to be changed between customers. The manager Jonathan refused to provide a refund for the first two nights. First he said he would give one night free but have to contact hotels.com because I booked through them. Once I contacted hotels.com I was told the hotel has to process any refunds. The manager took back his word and did not keep the promise of one free night. I understand mistakes happen but the hotel staff did not try to do right by it. After calling hotels.com I went back down to the lobby and no staff was at the front desk for over 15 mins avoiding me. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I will be contacting the department of public health as well. If you stay here make sure to thoroughly check the room. As a side note the bartenders at the restaurant were very friendly and pleasant. Management not so much.

The good aspects earning 4 stars: hotel is newer and modern, beds are pretty comfy, water pressure is great, staff is friendly and helpful. It is about a ten minute walk to the ski lifts. Parking is included in the room rate and there is free ski storage. The hot tub is nice although only one of the two is currently working. Very impressive gym and decent food options at the small lobby bar/restaurant onsite. What took off a star: The walls are so thin! Bring ear plugs. You will hear your neighbors even if they are just talking or watching TV. Also it seems they are a bit understaffed (common in ski places these days). Housekeeping did not come during our 2 night stay (no big deal, but we weren't told that) and the garbage cans were full to the brim around the hotel.
