The only heat in the room was from a bottle of propane that was inside, and we were told that we had to leave the window open or we would get carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t. We were very cold and didn’t want to die. So we changed hotels.

Reliable transit to and from the train station. The breakfast was very good with eggs made to order and fresh tortillas. The curtain in the room was thin and did not block out the BRIGHT lights from the walkway. The room was sterile with bear amenities; there was no hand towel only thin bath towels. It is located 15 minutes walk from anything else.

One thing is “small town, old structure” and another is a decaying room. Water leaking out of the toilet(floor) , no air conditioner/fan/ventilator. Toilet was clogged, shower curtain torn apart Door only had a doorknob lock Breakfast was great!

El trato del personal muy bueno, desayuno incluido muy rico, casero. Lo único que no nos gustó es que en la pagina no se especifica que en el precio que se muestra no está incluido el pago por mascota. Tuvimos que pagar extra cada dia.

Excelente ubicación a escasos metros del centro a pie. Las instalaciones son limpias y la atencion del personal es muy buena, están siempre al pendiente. Nunca sufrimos por agua caliente y dado que no está exactamente en el centro el lugar por las noches es silencioso

Tiene varios detalles que se necesitan arreglar, no hay donde poner el jabon dentro de la regadera, no hay donde colgar toallas, no hay donde colgar la ropa, falta tambien alguna silla dentro de la habitacion y alguna mesita

Cómodo, desayuno rico

Me encantó el desayuno, el servicio, y este hotel fue el único cuarto en todo el viaje y creo que en Mexico que tiene calefacción en el piso, lo cuál hizo muy agradable la estancia. Estaba en construcción así que no puedo opinar del estado general, pero dormimos muy cómodo. La falta mantenimiento a la entrada pues se ve casi abandonada, pero por el precio las habitaciones están bien, sólo detallitos de pintura y listo
